Take the Dingle Road. At Camp Junction stay on the right of way and follow the Conor Pass Route - don't branch off to the right at the sign for Castlegregory at the Grotto but again stay on the right of way into Stradbally village which is about 2 miles west of Castlegregory.
In Stradbally village watch out for a red sign on the left hand side that reads Holistic Clinic. Take a left at this sign and the clinic is the first house on the left with a sign outside.

Newtown Clinic is located on the outskirts of Bantry town about 1km from town centre on the right side of Glengarrif Road, across the road from Newtown Pharmacy.
